Yes! Our package prices are for Monday–Sunday dates!

Yes! We include everything listed in the packages above and more! Book a tour to see more of what we offer.

Yes! We include a variety of catering options and the tastings are free. You will get to choose your wedding food from the in-house caterers we provide.

No, there are no additional service fees, and we leave tipping up to the discretion of the couple.

We will plan your ceremony around the sunset to ensure you have plenty of lighting for photos!

Unfortunately, we don't. We do offer a glamper and lounge for the wedding party's arrival. However, there are many places on the mountain you can rent for your wedding weekend.

Two hours prior to your ceremony! This grants access to you, your wedding party, and immediate family.

We open our gates to guests 30 minutes prior to the ceremony, to be sure you have plenty of time and privacy for pre-ceremony photos.

Our tour appointments are based on weekly availability due to other meetings and scheduled events. Please email us to book!

2–3 meetings will be held, depending on the length of time until your wedding day.

No, however we have an amazing premier vendor list of photographers we've loved working with and highly recommend. Email us and we'd be happy to share their contact info.

You can book at any time if the date is available. It's a $2,000 non-refundable deposit to reserve the date, and a signed contract will secure it. Pricing is subject to change for dates outside of the current booking year.

No, we do not. Your wedding date is for your event, and yours alone.

You will have a venue director and coordinator to oversee all of this, as well as a full staff to execute the operations of the day.

No, we are solely an outdoor venue. If weather is in the forecast, we strongly encourage renting tents for your and your guests' comfort.

Micro wedding packages are for a max of 75 people. Full wedding packages are for a max of 250 people.

No — due to location and liability, we do not allow shots, shooters, well drinks, or cocktails without mixers.

On the day of your rehearsal, you will drop off all personal items for your wedding day, including your bar contents.

No, only the contents provided at the bar are allowed, and any outside alcohol will be confiscated.

Depending on the service, yes. We can discuss this more in person and go over what services you're looking for.

Yes! All of our vendors are in-house, but we do have other vendors we can recommend.

Yes!

Yes! You'll have access to choose from any of our in-house decor for your wedding day.

Yes, we end all events no later than 11 PM out of courtesy for our small town.

Yes, our caterers have a variety of options.

Yes, we provide it all, and offer a variety of options and upgrades.

It's a $2,000 non-refundable deposit that covers the site fee and vendor deposits to secure vendors for your date.

Yes!

No later than thirty days prior to your event.

Guests will grab a plate and enter a buffet line, where catering staff will serve them your dinner items.

Yes! We can set one up for you, or you can customize a plan that fits your financial needs.

It is $75 per additional guest. This includes all food, beverages, dinnerware, etc.

Yes!

Photography and officiants. Any other services or upgrades can be booked through us in our a la carte packages.

Yes.

Yes, we have three main bathrooms (one is ADA compliant), as well as an additional bathroom in the glamper for private access to the bride.

Yes! On the lower half of the property, we have a ceremony site and a cocktail hour area alongside the dance floor, and a separate dinner area on the upper half of the property.

Yes!

Yes, but we do ask that there's no climbing on the rocks & hillsides and no running through the venue.

You will need day-of event insurance. We can send info on a policy we recommend, or you can use your own.

“What a beautiful rustic charm venue for weddings, family reunions, meetings, birthday parties, holiday parties, etc. This place has it all, beside being outdoors in between beautiful oak trees, it is totally private for you when you reserve this location for your event. After driving a beautiful scenic mountain road we attended a beautiful intimate wedding this weekend at this place and I was very impressed with this location, it was absolutely perfect and so inviting.
